We are teaming with our employment partner -- Adecco -- to conduct a food drive at Confer Plastics to benefit the Food Bank of WNY.
With the holidays approaching Confer Plastics and Adecco want to give back to the local community especially as times are still tough financially for so many across the nation. In Niagara County alone the Food Bank of WNY delivers more than 1.2 million pounds of food annually to assist more than 10,000 people per month. Out of those served by the Food Bank, 39% are children and 11% are seniors.
A collection bin will be set-up at the Confer Plastics factory until the week of November 18t.h Any items will make a difference, and certainly there is no minimum participation.
